This Privacy Policy explains how SerpMarket ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Platform.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text). If you complete your profile, we also collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, WhatsApp number, and address.
We use your information to operate your account, process and track your orders, communicate with you about order status, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information about the orders you place — including the site, service type, price, and status — is stored so you and our team can track fulfillment. Admin staff can view order details across all users to manage fulfillment and support.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider, with access controls in place so that users can only view and modify their own account data. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform uses essential session cookies/local storage required to keep you logged in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can review and update your profile information at any time from Account Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via the method listed on our Support page.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
