This Privacy Policy explains what information SerpMarket ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use serpmarket.com (the "Platform"), how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: your email address, username and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication service and are never visible to us.
- Profile and billing details you choose to add: name, company, WhatsApp number, address, city, region, postal code and country. These are used on your invoices.
- Marketplace activity: orders, the content and links you submit, messages, reviews, disputes, wallet transactions, top-up requests and any payment proof you upload, website listings and withdrawal requests (including the PayPal email you give for payouts).
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security, to keep the site working and to understand overall visitor numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run your account, process orders, hold and release funds, and pay sellers.
- To send you service emails and in-app notifications about your orders, messages, disputes, top-ups and payouts. These are part of the service and can't be turned off while you have an active account.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, for example with a security check on log-in and sign-up forms.
- To provide support and to improve the Platform.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who Can See Your Information
- The other side of an order: a seller sees the order details, content and messages for orders on their websites. A buyer sees the delivered link and the seller's public username. Your email address is not shown to the other side.
- Public listings: a seller's username, listings, ratings and reviews are shown on the Platform.
- Our team: SerpMarket staff can see account and order information to run the marketplace, review disputes and give support.
- Service providers: we use trusted providers for hosting, database and login, email delivery, security checks and privacy-friendly visitor statistics. They process data only to provide their service to us.
- Legal reasons: we may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Platform.
4. Cookies and Similar Storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your cart. Our security check and visitor statistics do not use advertising cookies and are not used to track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep account information while your account is open. Order, payment and wallet records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling, even after an account is closed. Payment proof files are kept only as long as needed to confirm the payment and handle any later questions.
6. Security
Access to data is restricted so that users can only see their own account data and the orders they are part of. Payment proof files are private and can only be opened by you and our team. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems quickly.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can view and update your profile in Account settings at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records may be kept where we need them for the reasons in section 5.

8. Children
The Platform is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders about important changes.
