The basics

What exactly is SerpMarket?

SerpMarket is a self-serve marketplace connecting buyers with real, vetted publisher sites for guest posts and link insertions. Every listing shows real DR, DA, and traffic — you browse, order, and check out from your wallet balance directly through the platform, with no back-and-forth negotiation.

How is a guest post different from a link insertion?

A guest post is a brand-new article written for and published on the site, with your link placed inside it. A link insertion (also called a niche edit) adds your link into an existing, already-published article instead — no new content is written, and delivery is usually faster. Both are available on the Services page.

How do publisher sites get reviewed before they're listed?

Every new site submission is manually reviewed by the SerpMarket team before it appears in the marketplace — covering the site's content, niche relevance, and the metrics the owner reported. See our Quality Standards page for the full process.

Ordering a placement

Do I choose the anchor text?

You submit a target URL and suggested anchor text with your order, but publishers can adjust it to keep it natural for their content and audience. We recommend branded or natural-phrase anchors over exact-match keywords.

Are links dofollow or nofollow?

It depends on the listing. Every site's listing page discloses its real link attribute — dofollow, nofollow, sponsored, or UGC — set by the publisher, so you know exactly what you're ordering before you check out.

What's covered by the 365-day guarantee?

Every completed placement is covered for a full year after delivery. If it goes down or is removed within that window, report it and we'll work with the publisher to restore it or resolve the issue, up to a refund at our discretion. Full terms are on our Refund & Dispute Policy page.

How does escrow protection work?

When you place an order, the order amount is reserved from your wallet balance and held in escrow rather than sent to the publisher immediately. The publisher is only paid once the placement is delivered and confirmed — so there's never an incentive to take payment and disappear.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Wallet funding is currently handled manually through our support team rather than a live payment processor. Contact support to add funds, and they'll be reflected in your wallet balance.

How do publishers get paid?

Publishers set their own pricing and accept or reject every order themselves. Once an order is delivered and confirmed, the payout lands in their seller balance, which they can withdraw via PayPal from their own dashboard.

Do I have to accept every order?

No — publishers review and can accept or reject every order individually, including the brief, target URL, and suggested anchor text, before publishing anything.

If something goes wrong

What happens if there's a problem with an order?

Either side can open a dispute. Our team reviews the details and resolves it with a refund, a redo, or a denial — every outcome is tracked and visible to both the buyer and the publisher. See Buyer & Seller Protection for the full process.
