Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SerpMarket at serpmarket.com (the "Platform"). "We", "us" and "our" mean SerpMarket. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Dispute Policy and our Quality Standards.

1. What SerpMarket Does

SerpMarket is a marketplace where buyers order guest posts and link insertions on websites listed by independent publishers ("sellers"). We provide the listings, the ordering and messaging tools, the wallet and escrow, and dispute handling. The publishing itself is done by the seller who listed the website. We are not the owner of the listed websites and we do not control their editorial decisions.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business may use more than one account only with our permission.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • The same account can buy and sell. Switching between Buyer and Seller mode does not change these Terms.

3. Wallet, Top-Ups and Fees

  • Prepaid wallet. Orders are paid from your SerpMarket wallet. The wallet holds prepaid credit in US dollars for use on the Platform only. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Top-ups. You add funds by sending a top-up request from the Add Funds page. We send you payment details for the method you choose and credit your wallet after we have received and checked the payment.
  • Processing fee. A processing fee of 10% is deducted from each top-up to cover payment costs. For example, a $100 payment adds $90 to your wallet. The fee is shown before you send a request.
  • Unused balance. If you want unused wallet funds back, contact support. Refunds of unused balance are reviewed case by case; the processing fee and any third-party transfer costs are not refundable.
  • Seller commission. SerpMarket keeps a 20% commission on each completed order. The seller receives the remaining 80%. Buyers pay the price shown on the listing; the commission is not added on top.
  • We may change fees for the future. Changes never apply to orders or top-ups already made, and we will show new fees on the Platform before they apply.

4. Orders and Escrow

  1. Placing an order. When you place an order, the price is taken from your wallet and held in escrow. The seller is not paid at this point.
  2. Acceptance. The seller has 3 days to accept or reject a new order. If the seller rejects it, or does not accept it within 3 days, the order is cancelled and the full amount goes back to your wallet.
  3. Due date. After acceptance, the order is due within the turnaround time shown on the listing. If an accepted order is not delivered by its due date, you may cancel it from your Orders page and receive the full amount back, unless a dispute is open on it.
  4. Delivery and review. The seller delivers by sharing the live link. You then have 3 days to approve the delivery, ask for a revision or open a dispute. If you do none of these within 3 days, the order is completed automatically.
  5. Revisions. A revision request asks the seller to correct the delivery so it matches the order. The seller should deliver the correction within 3 days.
  6. Completion. When an order is completed, the held amount is released: the seller's share goes to the seller's balance and the commission to SerpMarket.
  7. You can cancel an order for free before the seller accepts it.

5. Rules for Sellers

  • Only list websites you own, or websites where you have the right to publish (for example as an author or contributor), and say which one applies.
  • Give honest listing details: metrics, prices, turnaround time, the link attribute (dofollow, nofollow or sponsored) and any content rules. We review every listing before it goes live and may ask for proof of ownership or access.
  • Deliver what was ordered: on the listed website, with the agreed link(s), anchor text and link attribute, by the due date.
  • Keep each delivered post and its links live and unchanged for at least 365 days from delivery. If a link is removed or changed within that time, we may open a dispute and refund the buyer from your earnings for that order.
  • Communicate through the order messages and keep all payments for orders started on SerpMarket on the Platform. Asking buyers to pay you outside SerpMarket is not allowed.
  • Do not mislead readers or search engines in ways that break the law or the publishing website's own rules.

6. Seller Earnings and Payouts

  • Earnings from completed orders appear in your seller balance. You can request a withdrawal from the Billing page.
  • Payouts are currently sent by PayPal to the email address you give, usually within 3 business days of the request. Only one withdrawal request can be open at a time.
  • We may hold a payout while a dispute is open on a related order, or while we check suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for any fees your payment provider charges you.

7. Rules for Buyers

  • Only order placements for content and target pages you have the right to promote, that are legal, and that meet the rules of the website you order from.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes malware, phishing or scams.
  • Give clear instructions. Revision requests must stay within the scope of the original order.

8. Content and Ownership

  • Content you supply stays yours. You allow the seller to publish it on the ordered website and to keep it published, and you allow us to store, show and process it as needed to run the order.
  • You confirm you own the content you supply or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Where a seller writes the content for your order, you may use it freely once the order is completed.
  • Listing details, reviews and messages may be shown on the Platform as needed to run the marketplace. The Platform's own design, code and text belong to SerpMarket.

9. Disputes

The buyer or the seller can open a dispute on an order that has been accepted. While a dispute is open, the money for that order stays held. Our team reviews the order, the delivery and the messages, and may refund the buyer in full or in part, ask the seller to redo the work, or release the money to the seller. Our decision on how money held on the Platform is settled is final. Details are in our Refund & Dispute Policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Platform. This includes: creating fake accounts, orders or reviews; trying to get around fees or escrow; using stolen payment methods; attacking, scraping or overloading the Platform; trying to access other people's accounts or data; or using the Platform for anything illegal.

11. Suspending and Closing Accounts

  • You can ask us to close your account at any time through support. Open orders and disputes are settled first.
  • We may limit, suspend or close an account, remove a listing or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, there is fraud or a payment problem, or there is a risk to other users or to the Platform. Where we can, we will tell you why.
  • When an account is closed, money held for open orders is settled under these Terms. Remaining earnings from genuine completed orders are paid out, unless they are needed to cover refunds, chargebacks or losses caused by a breach of these Terms.

12. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

Listing metrics such as DR, DA and traffic are reported by sellers and checked by our team as information only. We do not promise any search ranking, traffic or business result from a placement. Search engines set their own rules about paid links, and you are responsible for how you use the placements you buy.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, SerpMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or ranking changes. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they apply. Using the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
